For the second week in a row the Junior Raiders competed in our backyard and had great success. We had 39 wrestlers attend, we had 23 in the finals (16 champions)WOW! Here are this weeks champions. Congratulations to our Junior Raiders who competed today at the PWC Open in Plainfield. We had 43 wrestlers compete and over half of our wrestlers (27) were in the finals. Here are your 13 champions at this years PWC Open Tots- Ryan Krestle Bantams- Angel Mendez, Sebastian Shered, Joash Vasquez, AJ Villar Intermidiate- Javen Estrada Novice- Alex Villar, Matt Ramos, Baylor Fernades, Jimmy Pierandozzi, Ronald Tucker Senior- Dylan Burnoski, Corey Sapp. Next up Force Challenge at Plainfield East next Sunday.

Come join us at Bolingbrook High School on Thursday November 29th at 6:30pm as your Jr. Raiders will compete vs. Celtic Elite in the main gymnasium at the same time as the High School Varsity competes vs. Lincoln Way. Come out and support your team by wearing your Raider colors.

Congratulations to our boys who wrestled this weekend in Cedar Fall Iowa.Leading the way was Ronald Tucker Jr. who repeated as champion winning the Heavyweight division.Trevell Timmons made it to the finals and had to default because of an injury that kept him from competing in the finals.Matt Ramos lost in the semi finals and wrestled back to take 3rd. Dylan Burnoski lost in the quarterfinals and wrestled back to the 3rd place match and lost to an Ohio 2x State Champion. Josh Vasquez lost 2 close matches to the same wrestler and came home with 4th place honors. Jimmy Pierandozzi was in what may have been one of the toughest weight classes in the 5 & 6th grade division and took 5th place. I am very proud of all the kids who competed this weekend.
